From classics like mussels, ceviche, fish tacos, and simply seared fish, to organic salads, fresh lobster, oysters on the half shell, and our renowned charbroiled oysters — everything is chosen with care and prepared with intention. Our cocktails are sweetened with low glycemic organic coconut sugar, and we’re proud to offer plenty of options for vegetarian, gluten-free, and other dietary needs — because eating well should never feel like a compromise.
